Congratulations to the 9th Liberal Court of Appeals that has ruled against the Obama/Trump immigration order.
My guess is refugees will flood the west coast from these 7 nations and others in the next few weeks while the White House appeals the decision.
Let's hope and pray that no one slips through the open door in the meantime and causes harm to an America citizen. If that happens, those judges will have the blood of victims on their hands. I hope they can live with that.
When decisions in law are based on feelings as opposed to the rule of law, anarchy follows. Trump had the right, as did President Obama to institute that stay. Nothing he said as a candidate should have been weighed in the process and in fact, asking such questions was wrong.
That court has a high incident of decisions being overturned so I wouldn't celebrate if I was liberal land just yet.
