We have discussed this exact topic on here before.
And let's not forget Robin Beem, the young woman who sued the county for sexual harassment. She was a cocktail waitress who Rudy Papa was smitten with. Took her from shagging drinks at the bar to a sweet job at the courthouse.
She worked for Alan Dunstan and Jim Monday.
Alan Dunstan personally paid all her delinquent property taxes. This gal must have been one hot number, or really knew how to control men.
Anyway, she won a hundred thousand dollar lawsuit against the county because Jim Monday, Madison County Director of Administration watched porn on his Madison County computer within her vision. Alan Dunstan did nothing about it and she eventually went to the sheriff's office. After seizing his computer, they found the evidence in spite of him using an application to remove the proof of the websites he was visiting on county time (the taxpayer's dime).
Then and only then did Dunstan become involved. Before, he allowed Monday, whom reported to Dunstan, to continue with this garbage day in an day out after it was reported to him.
Eventually, Monday was allowed to retired with full benefits..what a shock. Parante was given his position, and remains there.
