Believe it or not I'm not trying to start an argument here but I would love to gain a better understanding of Pro Abortion mentality.
Today the Texas courts ruled in favor of the abortion position. So here's my question.
I believe a woman does indeed have control of her body. My question is why doesn't she exercise the right when she's in the process of getting pregnant instead of after getting pregnant? It seems today that promiscuity is welcomed because the woman knows she can go in and have the baby removed later. I'm pretty sure that in cases, except for rape, the woman can control the yay or nay vote for sex. I know Mrs. O. does.
When we were kids you had to sneak around the corner to buy birth control. Now it's readily available at ever store in town. Why do we have women getting pregnant, sometimes by dead beat males. just because one or both parties is too lazy to get the birth control or just flat out doesn't care about slaughtering a new life they create.
Again, I'm pro-life with the only exceptions being rape or the endangerment of the mother's life. For you advocates, please give me the rationale as to why you believe the way you do and why you think birth control isn't a valid option.
