I would be safe in guessing that people go up to 55 mph at certain times a day there. I drive thru the city to stay out of that area. Lots of people turning to go home and many others passing them and speeding up on 203. When I use to workout in GC I would drive thru residential as long as I could to avoid 203. I believe this is the area Jason Smith died. Never liked that turn before the tracks bad bad area always has been.
