I find something ironic about Emerald Meadows and their Halloween rants of years past. It seems to me that they don't mind people coming to their subdivision sale. Blocking the streets and mass chaos is OK if they are making money. After the ranting I decided that I would not patronize their yearly subdivision sale again.
