The answer: It doesn't matter. Insurance is mandated by law. However, some people choose to ignore laws, rules, structure, etiquette, etc... We have a new standard in our society and a new way of doing business.

Yeah, there's still slavery. It's a socialist leadership that has convinced people that rich people got that way by cheating them. It's a leadership that has convinced part of the black race that "whitey" is at fault for everything bad in their lives. It's a leadership that forgets about the hardworking middle class while they take the money of the rich through campaign contributions and the poor through their un-informed, un-educated voting ballots.
Great job liberals. You've totally "F"'d up the world. Good luck dealing with it. Eventually the game rules will change back and you better hope you are ready to handle the fallout. Someone has to pay the bills for socialism. When we all decide to lay down and suck the nipple of government, who does that work? (oh that's right, the illegal aliens including Syrians that you're allowing to come into the country)
Any one of the GOP candidates will be a vast improvement over this assclown and his cronies including the Wicked Witch of Washington.
