Then your boys Reagon, h.w.bush and dubya screwed up the "tilt" of the court. Don't worry, you got citizens united.... That is way more helpful to republicans than any other decision..... I am still laughing my A$$ off you think it's tilted to the left.... With a majority appointed by republicans. I am sure you know 5 is larger than 4....
Maybe the SCOTUS actually is basing decisions on the case and not the party they are affiliated with....
