The Oath of Enlistment:
"I, _____, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God."
Our military swears to defend the Constitution .. remember Tiananmen Square? They had to call in foreign soldiers to shoot the peaceful protesters. I dunno, I'm reluctant to go there .. I do believe he is gutting our military forces for a reason, to build an FIGHTING FORCE of YES men, perhaps. I do know that soldiers can refuse an order .. US soldiers are duty-bound to not carry out an unlawful order. The Uniform Code of Military Justice
