I would think as well that if you sat down with the teachers and explained that they would have a choice. Lose thirty to forty of their members, resulting in high class sizes (Plus 35) or take a pay cut they might listen. However, they are not legally bound to do so during the contract. The boar would have to force feed this.
An let's don't put it all on the backs of the teachers either. If one cuts, they all cut in my opinion.
