So, your Christmas message...a time for selflessness, giving and compassion, is a political post about your implied ignorance that the people who are given help are really just lazy, fat and stupid. Nice.
I got an idea, why don't you take a break from spewing this crap and go volunteer this year. Spend time talking and getting to know the people down at the shelter, at a program that helps buy Christmas toys for children whose families are poor, give out Turkeys in a poor neighborhood or a section 8 housing complex. Get to know the stories of the people you're so quick to judge. Not just from a distance, or the food they buy at the store while you're standing in line, but the FULL story on how they got there and what their dreams are for their future, for their kids' future. The "truly needy" is not some rare unicorn. They are all around us and probably even people you know but are too proud or ashamed to tell you, especially with your attitude.
