I think either way there is going to be rioting. If there is no indictment, the rioting will start at ground zero in Ferguson, if it is not stopped immediately, I feel it will spread throughout St. Louis and possibly in isolated areas of Illinois.
If there is an indictment, then there will be celebratory rioting isolated to the Ferguson area but it will continue until court and we will be doing this continually until a verdict. Then, any time a group of people want change, they will feel entitled to act this way to get what they want.
I know at my work, about 5 miles from Ferguson, we have been told by the police we are in a "warm area". This means that if things go bad, we need to get out quick and don't take the main roads as they "may not be safe for someone of your(my) skin color".
