"From what I have been TOLD. the board will take the request up and make a decision, if the decision is "No" to the family coverage, ALL money would be repaid back."

So it appears the answer to my question of " has insurance been provided for the two employees mentioned in the agenda above before it ever went to a vote and if so, who has been covering the cost and for how long?" is YES. How long this cost has been covered for these two employees is still a mystery.

Not only has the township been paying for insurance for these part time employees and for who knows how long, but they have also been paying for their entire family's health insurance too? Wow, that is a little shocking! I have never heard of any job any where who offers these kind of benefits for part time workers.

My next question is, who approved this expense? Its obvious it NEVER went to a vote, so who's decision was it for the township to pay these bills? Who all was aware of this and agreed to it without a vote? I thought ALL bills had to be voted on for approval, how could a monthly bill this BIG not be questioned? Where does the money come from, that is being used to pay these insurance bills?

My last question is, since you mentioned information being available within the meeting minutes, I can expect to find this insurance information and the cost of and the time periods of these bills and lastly who voted or authorized these expenses with the meeting minutes? Is that correct? The reason I am asking is, I have failed to find any of this mentioned in the minutes so far and apparently need to go back and read through them again.
