Right at dusk tonight a woman dumped a bag of dog food and then kicked a boxer type dog out of her car and took off. It happened at Maryville Rd and Redwood Lane right by the second hand store. If anyone happened to see or knows of someone who had this type of dog but tomorrow they don't.....TURN HER IN! It was too dark to get a license plate and really didn't know what was happening until she sped off. What a SICK person! We've been trying to catch the dog but it was so scared, it took off toward The In Between. So sad!
