Please pass along to friends and family in the GC area. My husband was approached this evening by an african american male claiming to work for an Amren contractor. He wanted to see our Amren bill. My husband told him he didnt believe him and also told the guy we were calling police. He presented no ID to verify his claim. The guy's response was it wouldnt do any good to call police because his company supplies pallets to Amren. Police were called and it didnt take long for the guy to clear the area. We also called Amren who said they NEVER solicit customers So beware of anyone claiming to be from Amren and wanting to see your bill. It is a scam of some type.
