A friend was asking on FB what a good time in the morning is to mow the lawn. All I know is, in Alton the city ordinance is nothing before 8:30am.
So many people were answering 10am... that's late, to me. I try to be nice and wait until 8:30/9am.. People don't wait for me to wake up to let their barking dogs out at 7am and leave them out there all day. So.. me waiting until 10? Not gonna happen. LOL
