My hubby and I were just talking about this the other day...these hours are not good for anyone who works the daytime shift or anyone who want to take their family to the pool after work during the week...especially after July 15th...this hours are crazy. Someone in the park office last year told me one of the reason the hours are cut is because college kids (of which I assume are some of the workers at the pool) have to go back to school. I can tell you most colleges do not start back to mid August so I dont think thats why...I wish someone from the Park District would come on here and explain why the hours are short, especially in the heat of the summer. This is when the public needs to hear from the Park District and explain. We taxpayers would like to know....we do support the Park District thru our taxes.
