I have personally worked in Granite City for two years trying to help the community by providing $10.00 spay-neuter surgeries. While the majority of citizens have been extremely grateful there are those who make and confirm appointments (taking someone else's spot) and not showing up. This has lead us to prolong our spay-neuter program and add ONE MORE DATE - June 13th - IT IS FOR CATS ONLY. Please call 618-488-2656 to make an appointment. We would have completed the grant months ago except for those few rude and uncaring pet-owners who do not show up for their appointments!
