Some people do not have ANY COMMON SENSE! I too have seen some pretty sad situations where children have been subject to.I know When I was young dad would PULL ME BEHIND HIS CAR WITH MY SLED TIED TO IT!!! WE LIVED AT 2217 Cleveland, mom saw dad drive by and stood on the front porch yelling at him. He stopped the car and I darn near slid underneath it!! Oh well that was the end of my OLYMPIC SLED RIDES. HAHA
