boy, that pickin cotton brings back memories, all my folks are from down south, Poplar Bluff. My grandpa raised cotton, My mother was pickin when I was born. She laid down between the rows, had me, wiped me off with some cotton, and got up and still picked 300 pounds that day. I rode the cotton sack the rest of the day. People were tough back then. These young people make me sick today. A hard days work would kill em.
