Well it looks like the left gets their wishes. The Pentagon announced massive cuts in troop and equipment budgets next year. The announcement comes just in time for the President to present his budget to Congress. Congratulations Mr. Obama. You'll get your wish of shrinking our armed forces. President Carter would be proud.
