OK, it's been five days now that Billy is holding a gun on Adam, how much longer can they drag this out?

Does anyone think Adam actually did this?

Or could Victor be trying to get rid of both Adam and Billy, paying a witness to say what he saw, planting the scarf, etc. Billy killing Adam and going to prison, both characters gone.

Theory anyone?
