Has any one besides myself read in the paper where the State is giving a Million bucks to extend a dam bicycle path in Belleville including a bridge across a road for it. Granted something like 360 grand is for a bridge replacement over the same road or highway. Illinois can't pay their bills on time in fact most bills are paid months late. Sure has hell want to cut benefits for retirees and future retirees, not to forget cuts in most other programs such as Medicare and mental health, we sure as hell need some different politicians around here in this state.
