This state has been destroyed by the corrupt Chicago Democrats, plain and simple. They've had complete control of the House for 30+ years, the Senate for 30 of the past 32 years, and the governor's mansion for the past 11 years. They have super-majorities in the house & senate. There is no one left to blame...they've continually raised income and corporate taxes (now 4th highest in the nation), raised sales taxes, raised property taxes (2nd highest in the nation), raised fees, they've created one of the worst worker's compensation environments in the nation (highest insurance premiums) and we have 3 of the top 5 judicial hellholes in the nation (Cook, St. Clair and Madison Counties). And people wonder why no employers want to come here?
