Is it the body count? Is it the amount of damage? Is it the demographic consideration? Is it an election year?
I noticed that our beloved governor made it to central Illinois to survey the storm damage from Sunday. Funny, I didn't think he knew there was any populated area south of Springfield.
And how about the POTUS? We've seen him tour various areas after a storm yet he hasn't come to his home state? Hey, why bother? He won this state last time.
I just wonder what the criteria for concern is when this happens.
