I think It depends on what neighborhood you live in. If you have a city sticker on your car/truck you can take them to the yard waste dump by Feralloy, I think its off 25 street, but don't quote me on that. I think you can still burn in Pontoon, not sure about that one, you can still burn in Mitchell. If you live outside of the areas that require city stickers on cars/trucks, you might be able to buy one anyway, it's the only thing they check as memory serves me, or find someone who has one already. You also might try starting a compost heap for all the plants you will be wanting to put in...
