"I am sorry... what are you talking about?"
"I have a cancellation letter here and I need to have you uncancel it, re-instate it and send me a letter telling me what I am not getting that I would get in a government sponsored plan."
"We cannot uncancel a canceled policy, sir."
"But Obama said that I could do that. He said it in his speech today!"
(Supressed laughter) "Sir, that would take at least a month or so to work out on our end. We have already established our new plans and premiums as dictated by the ACA. There is nothing we can do."
"But... but... OBAMA SAID!!!"
"We don't work for the government sir. I am sorry. Is there anything else I can help you with today?"
