Male dog, found on Madison Avenue this morning, with current 2013 Rabies Tags. Rabies Control has Paul Avenue as the registered address for these tags, however the phone number registered with them is no longer in service. If the person who found the dog is unable to make contact through the Paul Avenue address, the dog will be given to Rabies Control.
