Just curious out there if anyone else has made timely loan payments to GCS and ended up receiving a late notice either by mail or phone?
Twice in the last three months, I have received such notices when my payments were made over two weeks prior to the due date. I feel that it is more than a coincidence. Amazingly, on the day the notices were received, the written check ended up clearing my bank account (another institution). Furthermore, the other checks I wrote on the same day, made it to the location intended just fine.
Anyone have anything to share?
$50 in late fees in three months for payments made prior to the due date is ridiculous!! It's a case of their word against mine!
