I can't but wonder if Jessica could not see the car coming because of the weeds that are SO tall along that exit ramp. In a car, it's nearly impossible to see over the growth
It's a crying shame that someone so sweet lost their life because of the Communist State of Illinois' inability to function financially.
I hope her parents confront the state regarding the growth.
