Is the building owned by a private party? So far as I'm concerned that makes it private property. Location is irrelevant, is the property a safety hazard, thats all I concern myself with. You just keep focusing on "taunting" the police and getting one over on those who try to enforce traffic laws and leave the bigger problems to us complainers. I find the erosion of our liberty to be one of the most important issues facing this nation. Although it is occurring in all nearly all aspects of government, I witness it most often in the abuse of local police departments to provide revenue for their community. I could fill 5 threads with what should be done to provide more safety on roads, while decreasing the need for traffic cops, freeing police to do real police work. But governments love stealing all that extra money, and that's a topic for a different thread.
