This doesn't surprise me at all. The new "lower emissions" coke plant puts off just as much crap as the old one does. They (Gateway Energy) operate/push coke mostly during the evening hours and do maintenance during the daylight hours. A few months after they began operations it was easy to see and smell why they operate under the cloak of night.
