Just because someone calls in that someone is doing something lawful and what they have a right to do, does not trump that persons rights. Exercising a right is not probable cause for detainment. Just because you don't know someone does not mean you get to detain them because they "could be" a felon. We are a nation of LAWS not gut feelings or could be's. The remark about when the president starts following the constitution then he will. He took an oath to uphold and defend it. He should be declared a terrorist and imprisoned for attempting to violate and supress the rights of the people. These officers are nothing more than terrorists.
