I'm relying on my memory here, so help me out Opinionated or Operator. I believe it was in the early 70's that an elderly lady on Washington Ave. was growing okra in her garden. She went on vacation, and when she returned, her garden was destroyed. The GCPD mistook her okra for marijuana. That incident made Playboy magazine's "Playboy After Dark" section.
