Which co-workers? You speak of getting rid of him. Is that the plan? If it turns out that way, and I doubt it will, you may have just helped Mr. Kreher a great deal. Again, the ball jarred your head too many times. Your brain appears to be grossly affected.
If Baker does win I hope he responds and faces issues properly without using you as a mouthpiece.
