Right now I don't believe it would be fair to name the candidates, whom in my mind I think would fit that category, as of now they are all seeking a win, so they are all saying basically the same thing. We know how the ones currently seated have done in the past, have no reason to expect a complete turn around, new winners if they are to be, time will tell on them as well.
