As I understand it, if you are accused of being a terrorist, they need no search warrant, they can hold you, indefinitely with out trial or habeas corpus, and even kill you. Lets not forget, we did use our drones to kill a 16 year old American citizen, who was accused of no crimes, holding no trial for him. The Obama administration simply viewed him as a risk, and took him out.
Basically, they can just accuse you being a terrorist, and do what ever the f^ck they want. All it takes is that word, and all your rights go out the window.
