I was going the other direction around 7:00 a.m. (from Benton and 27th to Nameoki along the park) and it looked like there were some saw-horses or whatever they're called over a patch of new concrete. Perhaps with the high school students parking along the side of the road and traffic going the way I was, they determined it would be safer for all to have a detour rather than 2-way traffic swerving all over.
