Thank you Whatusay  I had a great day full of laughter. Silly, goofy things happened to make me laugh. Here is one of them:
Several months ago, I got a new cell phone. I keep getting phone calls for the person who had the number previously. When listening to the voice mails, the calls were from a doctors office trying to get hold of this person. I decided to call them back and let them know they have the wrong number. The conversation went like this:
Me: Hello, I've been getting calls from your office regarding a patient of yours. This number is no longer Mr ______'s number. You may want to check their records and find the number for their emergency contact to find their new number.
Receptionist: I'm sorry mam, but that information is confidential. We can't give it to you.
Me: You don't understand, I don't WANT the number. I'm just telling you that YOU have the wrong number and the patient has gotten a new number. If you look in their files, you might find someone there to call to get their NEW number.
Receptionist: Oh, okay. -Click- she hangs up.
An hour later I check my phone and see I have a voice mail.
Voice mail: Hello, Mr ____. This is Dr _____ office. We need you to call us and give us your new number since this one is no longer in service.
Oh MY! I tried, I give up. 
I just put my palm to my face and shook my head.
