Yes, they are called sociopaths. 4 out of 100 was the current statistic prior to the collapse of the US economy today I am sure it is much higher than that.
What pushes someone to this point?
Depression, feeling like there is no way out and finding someone to blame for what has happened to you.
Wronged to the point where it became all consuming?
Too much time on your hands when you are "mad as hell" is not a good thing!
are we all capable of murder if circumstances pushed us that way?
Murder is a choice. and yes, I do believe that everyone is capable of murder if pushed to their breaking point.
