Illinois if ever, my Health Insurance is with the State since I retired from the State, well the State is paying the Insurance Companies late like 23 freaking weeks, of course the Insurance Companies are not paying their claims until they get paid, so health care providers are getting their money about 6 months late, they don't like it, so what happens they contact a credit collection agency to get their money from us individuals, I've had to make numerous phones calls to both, hard to keep my cool and at times have used some cuss words, which I am sorry for, but dammit this State really needs to get their act in order, course the Federal Government is not much better is it, they both just keep spending and spending, they sure as hell don't act like the well is dry, but it is.
