I can't tell you what to embrace.
It's the dilemmas that a world of ethics classes has never been able to solve.
Technically, I am born here innocently.
I am the children of people who basically came searching for better opportunities.
History is very inconsistent with this ethical dilemma.
In one part of the world, they can say "Glad you kept this place up for us for thousands of years, now get your butt out of our fatherland."
While in other parts of the world, those whose blood belongs to the fatherland cannot even get within the borders of said fatherland.
It's an ethical dillemma that's meted out inconsistently...usually siding with those who have money and power.
But thankfully, because I also love the Constitution, I have the right to join in the conversation, to challenge conventions...and not be force to leave, even if I want to acknowledge what is wrong.
