That's true. Run out the door like that and you're gone. I think even unions for the real working people have a hard time reinstating someone who just walks off.
But leave it to the players' union...this drama could keep on...unless Zambrano is resolute that he really doesn't want to keep going.
What a legacy though. If the manager lets him back, he should be fired.
He'll probably get fired anyway. Poor Mike Quade..I wouldn't wish his plight on anyone. Even if he gets paid well, he has to be the lonliest man in Illinois.
