Has anyone had any luck fighting these? Also if my assessment went up 8000.00 this year does that mean my property value went up 24000? Little confused on all of this. I know in order to fight it you have to find comparable property which I will have a hard time doing in GC-living on 2 acres. Any help appreciated.
