Anyone have any suggestions about how to nip it in the bud without going to the doctor? There isn't a lot I can take while breastfeeding, but since my son was born I have had progressively worsening eczema on one finger only (the pinkie on my right hand). It's getting to the point where it weeps and cracks to the extent where it's difficult to bend it. I've tried Bag Balm, Aquaphor, A&D ointment and Cortaid all to no avail. Any other suggestions other than cutting the damn thing off (which I am tempted to do some days).
