That was my point starting this thread Rose. The red tape and all the hoops you just mentioned...translation...a freakin nightmare trying to apply for help to fund my daughters college education.
Copies of this and copies of that, 5 years worth of Income tax returns, etc. Now, one pen stroke from an idiot and it paves a much friendlier street for children of an illegal alien to get into college, than families like mine.
We were not poor enough, yet made just enough money to not qualify for help. How fair is that?
