Yes that is where I live at...right across the street on Edwards from where all of the activity is going on right now...and I am really surprised that this addition is not identical to the homes on the north end of the KP area.
No, I do not have any idea why this tract is different than the other. The outside stairs...which in my opinion has taken away square footage area to the inside of the downstairs and upstairs units...I really cannot figure out, why the units are built that way????
Another change is that all of the units on the north end are hip roof (do not go straight up on the ends...and siding added to the outside attic wall area).
It can be seen on a satellite view of that north end that those units are laid out in a "U" configuration...I have no idea just yet, how this (south) end will look in an aerial view.
I am going to find and post the link on a google map to where all can pull up a satellite view of Granite City...and work on down to the homes and get a look-see at what is happening.
