How about no one over 70 in a restaurant? I think that would be grand. All these canes and when I leave the table, sometimes I'm behind this person in a walker, and if not for him or her, I could be in the car and half way home, but no, the whole place has to get out of his or her way...and sometimes while sitting at a table, I have to move so the walker or wheelchair can get through, or sometimes they touch the back of my chair for something to hold on to. If we got rid of the screaming kids and the old gimps...imagine what a wonderful world it would be. Of course, I'm just being facetious and do not mean a word of what I said above. I am happy to tolerate screaming kids, because I was once one of them. I am happy to tolerate our seniors who shouldered the load so my generation can have it much easier...and I will be one of them someday too. Life happens, and we just have to learn to co-exist....screaming kids, and slow-moving seniors alike. (But please let your kids or grandkids drive...) The speed limit is just a suggestion. You can go 10 over, but please don't go 10 under.
