Jdg, I read these to my son. There are some parts that may not be so child friendly depending on the age, but he loves them too.
Pretty soon we will have to go back through them so we are fresh for the new one. Anyway it was and is an excellent conversation starter on the basis of life choices and religion - for us.
If you decide to read them I do not think you will be disappointed.
