No to Elmwood in Maryville. Rosewood in Edwardsville is good. I worked there for four years and even tho I quit because of the office politics (so to speak) it has always been one I would recommend because of the good care they give their patients. However I do disagree with the bad review given to Edwardsville Nursing and Rehab (the one off of 143). My father has been there for over two years now and I haven't had any issues with them. And being a former CNA, I know exactly what is and isn't supposed to be done concerning patient care.
