Vandaventer/Manchester area is flooded, reports of a bar with hundreds of people stranded. NOT good. That area are the gay bars and Pride was this weekend. So, people who normally might have stayed home are probably down there. It gets very crowded.
I was there last night, we got soaked. It kept raining HARD for what seemed like 2 hours or so.
